New Season Celebrates 10 Years in Hull Truck's Ferensway Home
Hull Truck Theatre has announced its new season for Spring and Summer 2019, as it celebrates the 10th anniversary of its move to Ferensway.
Mark Babych, Artistic Director and Chief Executive at Hull Truck Theatre says: “We’re got some terrific productions lined up for audiences this season which really demonstrate the breadth and depth of our artistic programme. I am delighted to be reuniting with talented artists and companies as well as working with exciting new partners.
"The company’s anniversary of 10 years in its home on Ferensway is an opportunity for us to celebrate the talent and voices of local artists and young people, like TEN, where we have commissioned 10 ten-minute plays that will follow a journey of the last decade, all written by Hull writers and performed by our incredible young company. Through the offer of free tickets to those who haven’t attended since 2009 I hope that we can welcome new local audiences – this is YOUR theatre.”
