After captivating UK audiences for the past 10 years, embarking on two West End seasons and an international tour, Evita returns to Hull New Theatre next week, with a brand new cast led by three of the finest musical theatre stars.
Saying Hello, Buenos Aires for the first time is Lucy O’Byrne in the iconic role of Eva Perón, with Mike Sterling as Juan Perón and, award-winning West End leading man, Glenn Carter as Ché. They will be joined by: Oscar Balmaseda and Cristina Hoey.
Telling the story of Eva Perón, wife of former Argentine dictator Juan Perón, Evita follows Eva’s journey, which ultimately led her to be heralded as the ‘spiritual leader of the nation’ by the Argentine people.
