Celebrating Equality and Empowerment: Freedom Festival 2018
Hull's annual Freedom Festival is one of the UK's most unique festivals, celebrating the city's art and culture, as well as its contribution to freedom, democracy and equality. Hull is, after all, the birthplace of William Wilberforce, a key figure in the abolishment of the slave trade.
